Capturing J.Lindeberg’s Autumn-Winter Range in its Element
Function18 is a specialist golf apparel store, with over 20 years of experience buying affordable and niche designer golf clothing for UK golfers. In an age where top-quality content sells, Function18 came to Albatross to help take their social game to the next level.
The Project
Ahead of the anticipated launch of the J.Lindeberg autumn-winter apparel collection, Function18 were looking to enrich social channels with originally produced content, shot in a real-world, outdoor setting.
Tasked with planning and executing the shoot, Albatross took on the responsibility of producing content to create excitement and drive sales for this product line.
Our Approach
Woburn Golf Club was chosen as the backdrop for the shoot, as a venue that resonates with the ethos and the target audience of both Function18 and J.Lindeberg.
On the day, a series of short-form videos were directed and captured, each designed to showcase various aspects of 5 different autumn-winter ranges.
One of the main content pieces produced included a socially-optimised match cut reel which showcased all 5 pieces of the range in one 12-second video.
Results
By authentically capturing J.Lindeberg's autumn-winter range in an outdoor setting and creating visually stunning short-form videos, this collaboration achieved its goal of providing Function18 with high-quality, stylised content for posting across digital channels.
