The club

Set within the historic grounds of the Packington Estate in the Midlands, Stonebridge Golf Club is a 27 hole championship golf course and wedding, conference and event venue.

The brief

In addition to the club’s excellent golf course, Stonebridge were keen to showcase their stunning newly-refurbished wedding facilities and increase awareness of the venue to local couples planning their perfect day. In a crowded local market it was our aim to help Stonebridge actively promote their wedding packages and differentiate themselves from their competition.

We worked closely with their team to create stunning visual content of their venue and then provided them with a platform and opportunity to show it off to their target market.

The results

Our work with Stonebridge led to a dramatic upturn in wedding bookings.

Using a combination of Facebook and Google advertisements, email marketing and inspirational website landing pages, we implemented a low cost year-round strategy that allowed Stonebridge to open conversations with newly engaged couples, conduct tours and ultimately deliver their excellent wedding packages.

The why?

Marketing in this way allows us to constantly refine and improve our method to maximise both the cost efficiency and results.

Our initial work with Stonebridge allowed us to calculate a cost per new lead. From this we were able to determine a monthly advertising budget that we could adjust during the optimal times of the wedding booking season.

We were then able to adjust the campaigns to reduce the cost per lead, improve the quality of leads and get more enquiries and tours leading to a dramatic increase in wedding sales from the previous year.
