Goals & Objectives

As a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency, the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) is one of the most important roles in the business.

The primary objective is to work alongside the Marketing and Account Management Team with the responsibility to ensure clients campaigns are devised, implemented, and generating a quantifiable ROI throughout the term of our agreement with them.

Specifically, the goals for the DMM are to:

  • Accurately and efficiently devise new or replicate existing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Improve on our existing ROI, reporting and attribution methods using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Facebook Analytics to prove the value and ROI we bring to our clients.
  • Highlight what’s working and what’s not, continually making sure campaigns are tracking correctly, and looking for ways to improve.
  • Implement an effective Google Ads and Facebook remarketing/retargeting strategy that can be rolled out across all clients’ campaigns with trackable results.
  • Continuously enhance, optimise, improve and implement best practice in advertising accounts and create a systemised procedure to report back to the team and clients on the improvements made.
  • Implement and document new relevant digital marketing strategies and techniques including landing page conversion rate optimisation, bots, pop-ups, and other tools to increase onsite conversion rates.
  • Follow and study the industry-leading Facebook/Google etc marketers and implement new strategies and campaigns and report back to the team with a view to scaling across all other clients.
  • Creating clear online marketing funnels using software like Funnel.io or similar for our clients’ most used campaigns that can be simply and effectively replicated and implemented across other clients.
  • Implement best practice and ensure the accurate reporting and clear communication of the financial health of client ad campaigns and stick to within budgets whilst generating a proven trackable ROI.
  • Work with the founder and Account Manager to grow the digital marketing agency team including identifying, recruiting and managing new staff.
  • Systemise new and improve on existing project management and digital marketing processes using software including Process Street, PipeDrive, Toggl and other relevant software.
  • Create educational guides, tutorials, processes and support for efficient and successful future staff recruitment.

Success Measures

Weekly and monthly management meetings to report on the success of the goals outlined above and how they have been implemented with quantifiable results:

  • Increase in lead conversions
  • Increase in bookings
  • Increase in traffic
  • Implement a Google Adwords and Analytics lead generation and attribution strategy into the business that creates quantifiable ROI positive results that can be scaled across all client campaigns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with accurate weekly and monthly reporting on campaign success.
  • Delegate individual tasks to specific members of the Digital Marketing team in a clear and articulate manner and ensure tasks are completed in a timely, organised and detailed manor generating consistent results.

Who we are looking for:

You are an outstanding, innovative digital marketer with a proven track record creating ROI positive digital lead generation campaigns and a minimum of 3 years agency experience in a similar role.

You live, breathe, eat and sleep digital marketing and know what great digital content and campaigns look like.

You are curious, creative, strategic and have an opinion on where digital platforms and channels, from websites to apps, to video are heading.

You are the digital talent of the future with the must have skills, attitude, capabilities and potential to help our organisation grow and evolve.

Work Experience:

  • Significant digital marketing experience specialising in a large B2C digital marketing agency business.
  • Demonstrated digital marketing strategic planning abilities.
  • Proven experience managing high impact and effective multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Minimum 3 years paid advertising experience specialising in Google and paid social ads with proven track record of creating ROI positive campaign results.
  • Experience and knowledge of analytics, understanding of digital KPIs and campaign optimisation based on data driven insights.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads, email marketing automation and funnel building also nice to have.
  • Mandatory social media channel professional experience: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Joint Accountabilities and Terms

The successful candidate for the DMM role will be initially engaged for a probationary period of 3 months.

The job role is full time and salary range dependant on experience. We are looking for staff who have ambitions to grow with the business and will be rewarded handsomely for their skills and experience.
