James, CEO & founder of Albatross, took solace in golf eight years ago. Faced with an unexpected career road bump he took up our beloved game and hasn’t looked back since.
At the time, somewhat naive to the world of golf, James had given himself the goal of getting to ‘scratch in a year’, documenting his progression.
On this journey, James realised that golf clubs needed help. They failed to recruit new members and younger golfers, because they saw marketing as an expenditure, rather than an opportunity for return on investment.
Coming from the world of music, James took on the slightly different world of golf, helping golf clubs with their digital evolution.
